Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or product launches.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (pre-tax, after discounts).

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues:

Ava Kava is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address entries.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us at hello@avakava.com.
