At Ava Kava, your satisfaction matters to us. While we strive to deliver top-quality products and service, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our refund policy below.
All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any purchases once they have been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@avakava.com with the following information:

A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost or issue store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing products, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at hello@avakava.com with your order number if you need to cancel.
Refunds (If Applicable): Approved refunds (in special circumstances) will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
